allow the forming of a new nation called Westonia ,meaning west,from the leaving states with a U.K. type of government.

Allowing 30 states is a little much but if they were to be one big new nation ,then there would be less a problem . Westonia would be like Euroland or united kingdom,but somewhat more free.
