Allow the foster youth to get out of the system when the child feels ready.

I would like the Obama administration to consider the fact that a fair amount of children are in the foster care system nationwide are their due to other people's actions, primarily parents. As one of these children myself, I would like to be able to age out as soon as I can instead of waiting until I am 18. However, under current laws I am not able to do so. I have enough knowledge about the real world to make decisions that I know will effect my future. However, as i am still stuck in the system, i cannot show it. If foster youth whose family are the reason that they are in foster care can age out whenever their case workers and themselves feel ready.
