Petition to make it free and fee free to allow any able American to adopt a child. This includes those unable to reproduce, are single, and/or homosexual. The idea that a stable family for a child is far better than a foster home or orphanage. There are plenty of americans willing to adopt who can not without thousands of dollars there are more willing people to start families that can't than orphans in america. Give these children and families a chance allow a federal program too match children with able adult to care for them. Allow an America where families can grow and thrive
