Allow for the free passage of U.S. Veteran volunteers to Erbil or Sulaimani, Iraq in order to fight with the Peshmerga, against ISIS. Facilitate and allow for open volunteers to join the Peshmerga routing through Turkey or the EU against ISIS. Establish POCs in Erbil and Sulaimani, Iraq (Asaish) to assist upon arrival. Allow for each volunteer one American made weapon or the right to purchase a weapon of choice at a weapons bazaar. Allow each volunteer to gather the funds for travel, around $3,000.
