Allow full legalization of marijuana on the federal level

Created by D.M. on September 23, 2011

We ask you to consider allowing the full legalization of marijuana on the federal level. Placing marijuana at the same drug level as tobacco and alcohol. Sold and taxed in the same manner, assuming individual state approval.

Allow personal growth, usage, and taxable sale.

The current standard is a waste of resources, money, and time.

Suggest a minimum age requirement of 18 or 21 for use.

Demand change in company policies that- Use OUT of the work place is acceptable once legalized. The same as tobacco and alcohol are treated.

Eliminate the fuzzy line of marijuana. (Its legal or its not across the board.)

H.R. 2036 needs to be be given a vote.
