Allow a full pardon to Tanner Leatherwood for being wrongfully convicted of Multiple felonies as a child.
He was charged as a adult at the age of 17. Winkler County Texas charged him with Aggravated Assault Causing Serious Bodily Injury when he came home from work and found his Girl Friend Cheating on him, He Hit the other guy. No MAJOR harm was done. He was Also Charged with Burglary of a building, FOR A BUILDING HE NEVER ENTERED. While he was in jail IN WINKLER COUNTY he was beat down by Officer BILL TRIBBLE and Other staff members and they charged him with Assault on a peace officer. Mr Leatherwood then left the state of Texas from fear for his life and wrongful charges. PLEASE RESEARCH SHERIFF ROBERT ROBERTS and the DA that convicted him Scott M. Tidwell (SORRY FOR TYPING)
