Full Social Security benefits should not be cut for married couples. If @ some point in life u need Social Security, and hav worked since a young age and your spouse retires to Social Security or some other retirement first; the spouse that need Social Security (benefits are cut). It is based on what the first retired spouse recieves monthly. (U will not receive your full benefit). Some couples have divorced after many years of marriage, just to receive full benefits. Please have your friends & family sign this petition if u feel this is an unfair practice. 100,000 signatures are needed within 30 days, so it may be heard by President Obama. Thank you in advance.
