Allow funds from the lottery to support the public school systems. Each school district could have its own lottery.

Created by C.G. on October 26, 2011

Our schools are overcrowded, poorly supplied and teachers overworked and grossly underpaid.

By using Lottery funds, schools would not be wholly dependent on taxes that most people can ill afford, especially during the current times of economic stress.

For example, each school district or county could have its own lottery so that when someone purchases a ticket in Mesa County Colorado, the money goes directly to that district.
