This can create many jobs for a lot of Americans interested in the domestic side of Homeland Security and Disaster Relief Efforts.
State Guards/State Defense forces are vital in times of emergency, however - we need them at all times to ensure the safety of our citizens of this great country.
As of right now, nearly all State Guards, etc. are funded solely by the soldiers who are enlisted. They need funds so they can show the country their vital role to the defense of our country.
