We the people ask the federal government to Change an existing Administration policy:

Allow "Go-Karts" or "Golf Carts" to be able to drive at speeds over the regulation 25 MPH.

25 MPH is not fast enough to be able to drive on most roads. If the low-speed vehicle can operate at high enough speeds and has all of the necessary modifications to deem it "street legal", it should be able to surpass the 25 MPH sanction.
