Allow the gov't of the people to kickstart the economy,creating a National Fund governed by people rather than Congres

We the people propose that a voluntary fund be set up as follows:1) funded by the people of the land; 2) first used to restore funding for lost jobs, in the recent cuts 3) then used in the funding of creating jobs that a total of 51% of contributors must agree on for companies that are a) American based, employing people of this land; b) founded on the principles of listening to its employees (ideas, thoughts,); c) one with a unified employee/management goal system of agreement; d) funding will be based on time tested good managerial skills of employee/employee and the viability of goal-to-need of people, environment & land. There are approx. 300 million people in our country. If even half of us engage 1 dollar in contribution, that is 150,000,000 dollars of power & movement.
