Federal grants are allowed for undergraduate degrees. Yet when one achieves this degree and wants to go on to higher education they are then punished by not having the opportunity for help from a grant. Graduate school is very expensive, and any amount would help.
We should support our Doctors, Lawyers and Business men. They would more than pay the amount given back to the country in taxes after they acquire employment. But they need our help to get there.
