My petition allows graduates of higher educational institutes who have completed their degrees, but unable to find work combined with financial hardships (perhaps an act of God), are unable to timely make their student loan payments to their lenders; thereby making their life a complete hardship. Furthermore, this burden does not allow them to make plans for retirement or starting new businesses or serving the community at large. Lastly, this financial hardship if continued over a period of years (3-10) become more burdensome. Provided the graduate has looked for work, it seems unreasonable that undue circumstances should hold for normal repayment of loans of this kind.
