Allow for graffiti, gorilla art, and other forms of art, that express opinions and arguments, legal on public property.

Art is a form of expression. Whether it is political art or objective, they all share purpose. However, many artist are seen as vandals when they create art that express their thoughts, feeling, and opinions on their side of an argument when they create this art. It is a right that we the people can say what we feel about this country. On public property, they should be able to express these opinions without persecutions.
