Allow gratuity to be included in the price for large parties at restaurants.

Created by G.M. on January 24, 2014

Even though customers should have a choice in many things when attending a restaurant, gratuity should be included. Servers work very hard to keep up with the demands of large parties and other tables as well. Without gratuity, large parties often leave less than ten percent of the total bill for the server. This is not fair to many servers because several of them live off of the tips; not the $2.13 they receive an hour. The majority of servers' wages go towards taxes, and it is surely not enough to live off of for anyone; let alone to those who have families. It should be the servers responsibility to report any and all tips to the IRS.
