Allow growth, use, and distribution of marijuana (Also medically, especially). Stop the lies about it taught in schools!

First..In my son's health class in high school, marijuana is said to be a hallucinogenic, that is false. No hallucinations occur when using the "drug". Next, the war on drugs is a joke. Targeting marijuana users is pathetic. The police spend their time looking for easy arrests such as teens holding very small amounts of marijuana such as 7 grams or less, opposed to keeping the streets safe of real crime such as thieves, crack distributors, and of course anything that is actually potentially harmful to citizens. Marijuana has killed a whopping ZERO people in the entire world and has been farmed and used for thousands of years. So why has it been made illegal? Is it really because soldiers back in the day became passive and not willing to fight? Why not have the military ban it? Legalize it!
