Allow H4 holders 2 work. Very difficult for a dep for not be able to do anything in US. Enhance hobbies,earn for d same

Please allow the H4 dependannts to work in the US.
Allow easy conversion from Student visa to work visa since these days its very impossible.
To enhance hobbies and to be able to do small business (a limit can be set for the earning) but allow that. Since after sometime frsutration level wud go high for nothing to do.
GRE/GMAT prep takes around 1 yr and then 1.5yrs of studying. So if someone has less than 1-1.5 yrs give an alternative for earning.
Since US is expensive for Asians and only 1 of the spouse is working, its difficult to save any money and burden for H4 dep to roam or apply for classes since everything is expensive. Please give us some alternative
