I would like to requst Obama Administration & USCIS to have H4 Visa Holder (Dependent Visa) to work on atleast part time basis. This will definitely reduce mental stress and physical stress of thier spouse by their employers. it will also help USA to come over all the debt in few years, with a huge amount of skilled labor working for the development of this country.
