Hi, I am an MS & MBA with 11 years work experience as a manager.
I have been working with Xerox USA for 3.5 years, was promoted twice for my performance. I over achieved in all the parameters required by the business & kept the site running with 150+ staff.
Last week my status changed to H4 & I had to stop working.
How ethical & correct is this, that a qualified, experienced, outperforming individual is prohibited to work.
Throughout my entire tenure I have not missed a single day of work, totally committed to my work, generated outstanding metrics & now I am not allowed to work when I'm more than capable of working.
Please grant me a work authorization permit soon or do something so that I can keep working.
