Allow high school students to not take final exams in classes with 3.7 GPA grade or higher.

High school students have multiple tests that all can drastically affect their grades. All of these tests are given at the exact same time causing stress, anxiety, and it doesn't let students perform their best. Students with a 3.7 GPA (90%) or higher in a class should be able to option out of taking mid-terms and final exams for that class. Students with this grade show that they have understood all the material in class and shouldn't have to worry about their grade going down. However this petition does NOT suggest that this allows students to have this on any AP test where college credit is given. It does allow AP students to use this on their class final where there is no college credit.
