Allow higher health insurance rates for families who vaccinate their children.

Seeing as how vaccinations have been proven unsafe beyond all doubt - being a cause of autism, as one of many examples - and the success of vaccinations depends on herd immunity that has long been debunked, and anyone who does vaccinate their children undermines a free society, we should allow health insurance companies to raise the rates for families who vaccinate their children.
This will allow health insurance companies to recoup the costs of children going to the doctor for diseases spread by those who vaccinate, and provide a financial incentive not to vaccinate.
