Allow the homeless to receive one free daily meal at some fast food restaurants.

Created by U.W. on October 10, 2015

Local food waste range from 5 % to 7 %. This number is low ,but the percentages are still alot for a restaurant. The method is called "Just In Time Delivery". This is best described by Johnathon Bloom a man who wrote "American Wasteland". He worked at McDonald's where fries were cooked consistently and were thrown away after 7 minutes. On the other hand McChicken patties are out for 30 minutes , until they are thrown out. The homeless in some states are ticketed for digging in the trash. A worker handing the homeless a meal , would be easier. This process could be done by the person filling out a sheet. The sheet provides basic information and what they are allergic too. After this process , the person can receive a free daily meal. The limit is 75 people per restaurant.
