allow homeowners to refinance for fair market value with no penalties.

Created by D.K. on September 27, 2011

The banks, credit card, automotive, and mortgage companies were given over $700 billion in bailout money. Instead of bailing the banks out, the government needs to force them to stabilize the economy by refinancing homes for fair market value without charging the homeowners. Not only would this ensure more money returning to the economy but it would allow some small businesses to be able to create more jobs. It would also give big businesses, IE grocery chains, discount chains. room to hire more people therefore creating more jobs. If the $700 billion would have been given to the american people than we would have bailed our selves out but since that did not happen we need to be able to refinance our homes for fair market value without penalty or effecting credit scores.
