Allow Homeschoolers to homeschool however they want without state standards because we are homeschooling for a reason.

I propose that homeschooling families shouldn't be required to take standardized tests. We should be able to teach our children in our way which is why we decided to keep them home in the first place. Children are homeschooled because there was something we didn't agree with in the public school system. It isn't fair to have homeschooled children tested according to the public school schedule because we are teaching them differently. Homeschooled children have the opportuntiy to take a little more time to actually learn their skills. Public schools rush students along without knowing that the students can actually perform a large portion of what is taught. Please help give homeschoolers freedom to give our children the education they need and deserve.
