Now that the Defense of Marriage Act has been struck down as unconstitutional, allow the homosexual community to further this act and allow gay marriage to be legal in all 50 states. Give homosexual couples the ability to gain the benefits from a spouse, tax exemption rights, and every other right that heterosexual communities do. Please allow homosexuals the same rights as everyone else.
