allow Honorably Discharged military members use of military installation facilities.

Created by A.T. on October 08, 2011

Military members who have served in multiple campaigns and decided to end their military service honorably should still be allowed limited access to military installations. Allowing those who honorably served access to the golf courses, commissaries, base exchanges, class six, restaurants and gas stations on base should be a privilege these service members still receive. The Department of Defense should issue an ID card for those who served Honorably to grant them limited access to military installations.
