Allow honorably discharged Veterans with service connected disability ratings of 30% or greater px/commissary privilege

This petition is to allow honorably disharged US Veterans with a 30% or greater disability rating access to PX/Commissary priviliges. Current US Veterans that are not medically retired have no access to purchase household and food items on military installations. Veterans would benefit greatly by the cost savings that post/base exchanges and comissaries offer.
