allow "hybrid representation"

Created by B.L. on September 17, 2015

Briefly describing Hybrid Representation, it is an instance that a defendant finds it worth while to speak on behalf of himself without his counsels redrafting.

I've found myself in such an instance, and having waited 27 months regarding a matter, I don't wish to wait for my attorney's 2 week vacation to be over in order to file the next motion. Diverting from that instance, I feel there is nothing more my attorney can add, aside from whatever excerpt she might have derived from other case proceedings.

Concluding, between the state and my attorney, i'm soldering, and I feel like the state is mockingly condescend-ant.

(it seems as if he will take my self perceived injustice and rub it in my face.)
