1) The Illegal Immigrant must pay all applicable Federal & State taxes including Social Security through AUTOMATIC withholding by employers.
2) The Immigrant can NEVER claim Social Security Benefits for any reason.
Benefit to USA are:
1) Contributions to the Social Security Trust Fund without subsequent later obligation of withdrawal by the payees.
2) Solves illegal immigration because it would bring immediate benefit to ALL US Citizens, the Treasury & Budget
3) Illegal aliens have the choice to work under those conditions. If the do so they forfeit future SSAN claims.
4) Dramatic reduction in Federal/State costs related to Illegal Immigration
