in order to develop a voice for the majority (physical area) of the state. If asked the vast majority of residents blame the states financial hardship to the politics and practices of the Chicago area. That being said I wish to be granted the ability to exile Chicago and a surrounding area from the rest of the state of Illinois. This area shall only be voted on by counties not including those of which Chicago stretches into.
