Allow Illinois to peacefully secede from the Union, and form a government of its own.

To allow the good people of Illinois to be free to govern themselves outside the reach of our federal government. We are the in desperate need of reform, but the state is controlled by this admin, and needs to seperate itself from "The Chicago way" to have any chance to survive our own fiscal cliff.
