Allow Illinois to separate into 2 different States, Chicago and the rest of Illinois.

To allow the separation of the state of Illinois into 2 separate states.
Chicago being fundamentally different in politics and values from the rest of the state of Illinois.
Politics for the entire state such as concealed carry, gun laws, and welfare taxes increases should not be determined for an entire state based on one city.
Therefore we should make Illinois into 2 states Chicago and cook county into one state, and the rest of Illinois into another state. Allowing for a more balanced political system in favor of regular Illinois citizens versus Chicago residents.
