Allow immigrants who have worked for at least two years in the US to become citizens.

"Illegal" Immigrants make up a large portion of current agricultural workers and for this we blame them for job loss. The truth of the matter is the only person at fault for this is us. Because of NAFTA a bill passed not long ago Tariffs made on imports to Mexico were removed meaning that traders could freely sell to the country with no taxes. This led to millions loosing their jobs as farmers in Mexico because American corn can be mass produced for much cheaper than they can produce in Mexico. The sudden surge of "Illegal" immigrants was caused by this sudden loss of jobs. The truth of the matter though, is that these workers now do the jobs nobody else wants and yet we blame them for job loss. I petition that these workers who can prove two years of work in the US be given Citizenship.
