This petition is to allow the use, buying, selling and driving of a well manufactured piece of art. And to give the rights of the civilians of the United States of America to Drive and use the Nissan Skyline R32.
The Nissan Skyline R32 is as of right now is illegal due to DOT standards. causing the waste of money of the people and time. This petition will be used to change the Department of Transportation's rules and laws and recreate them to allow the modification for safety.
