Allow the import and sale of Kinder Surprise Eggs in the United States

Created by R.C. on November 29, 2015

The United States has banned the import and sale of Kinder Surprise Eggs due to a perceived choking hazard created by the toy placed on the inside of the hollow chocolate egg which is encased in a small plastic egg. There is a warning label stating “not suitable for children under three years, due to the presence of small parts” and that “adult supervision is recommended” . It is up to the parents to ensure supervision, just like buying any other toy with small parts, that their child does not swallow the object. Please help remove this silly ban from a delicious fun toy for people of all ages! The ban by the FDA shows unnecessary government intervention in our live.
