This is a petition to allow the Kinder Surprise, also known as a Kinder Egg or, in the original Italian, Kinder Sorpresa, is a confection manufactured by Italian company Ferrero to be imported, and sold within the United States of America.
This delicious treat is banned due to a toy within it, intended for ages 3 and up, is banned in the USA due to "Small parts" that may cause Choking hazards. With a warning label (that it already has) parents should know not to give this to small children, or supervise them otherwise.
There is no real reason this should be "illegal" within the us, resulting in a $2,500 fine.
Things that should change:
1) Kinder Surprise Egg allowed for import and sale.
2) Bigger warning labels for parents to read.
3) Behind the counter sales so parent's know what it is
