Allow for the importation and distribution of WWII Military Service rifles from the Republic of South Korea.

Created by D.E. on November 16, 2012

The Republic of South Korean currently holds in its possession some 1 million United States WWII and Korean War army service weaponry that it has offered to return to the United States. The present administration along with the Department of State has rejected this measure.

We the people of the United States respectfully petition the Obama Administration to allow for the importation and distribution of these pieces of American Military History. Consistent with the Second Amendment to the US Constitution and the charge that these service weapons are the property of the United States and the citizens thereof, we hold that is the moral duty of the Obama Administration to return these relics of our nation's history to their rightful owners.
