Allow individuals to adjust their legal status if they have been pardoned, or if their mistakes were vacated & set aside

Please help unite families, in which a parent has made mistakes with the law in the past, but now, if that parent has paid for his/her mistakes and have become productive citizens and if those mistakes were pardoned, expunged, vacated and set aside, that these individuals if they are inmediate family members of US Citizens or US residents be given the opportunity to adjust their status here in the US. Also we ask that legal mistakes that were committed by individuals after 1996 be allowed to have waivers of inadmissibility, so this individuals can reunite with their US Citizen/Resident family members. Please help this people have normal lifes, many of them made this mistakes due to ignorance, and they were very young, lots of them were abandoned and now they are parents themselves.
