Allow individuals with autism their 5th amendment constitutional guarantee of due process of law

For over 20 years, the federal government has publicly denied a vaccine-autism link, while at the same time its Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) has been awarding damages for vaccine injury to children with autism, provided there is a signed non disclusure agreement from sucessful plaintiffs. We call for the end of the National Vaccine Injury Program, and all pending cases to be transferred and tried openly in Civil Court. This ensures plaintiff's right to due process and Jurisprudence for future cases is not infringed upon.
