Self employed individuals, who have been self-insured by paying all their medical bills or are not delinquent in payments thereof, should not be required to purchase medical insurance under the new Obama Care rules. Forcing the self employed small business owner to purchase expensive medical insurance will surely cause many of those businesses to close and seek government financed remedy to pay for the insurance. There must be an opt out choice for those people.
