To allow individuals who volunteer 150 or more hours a year in a charitable or community service to take a tax deduction

To allow individuals (not companies or corporations) to take a tax deduction based on either their total tax liability or as a percentage of their gross salary if they volunteer 150 hours or more a year. This will drive up the amount volunteers available to help with the greater need of America's charitable and community needs.
