Slavery, not defined by any one race, should be a legal practice in our country. We should be able to benefit from the fruits of free labor.
Slaves would be made up of criminals, which would give use to those who are in jail. Not only would slavery increase our economic stability by earning money, but also save us money that would otherwise be wasted on a group of people that have almost zero productivity. These people are in prison as a punishment for their past actions, and labor would not only serve as a punishment, but would also humble those acting it out, reforiming them more than any cell ever could.
Many rules and guidelines would have to created and put into effect for this practice to be a truly stable, but once it is, it will be a huge benefit to the states that adopt it.
