Allow Insurance Religious Freedom for Both Employers and Employees.

Created by K.D. on March 26, 2014

Business should be able to buy insurance that excludes coverage for religious reasons, but to make sure that business don't get "religion" for financial reasons, it should cost exactly the same as coverage with those items included. To prevent employers from imposing their religion on employees, employees should be able to obtain a rider that covers the missing mandated items for zero cost. This would be done directly from the insurance company and to prevent religious discrimination, the information on who obtained riders would not be shared with the employer.
