Allow international students from U.S. universities to apply for residency if they plan to work/attend grad school in US

Created by M.M. on January 08, 2013

Allow successful and bright international students that are already pursuing a degree at a U.S universities inside the US, allow these students whether undergraduate or graduate to apply for U.S. Permanent Residency right away as long as they work in the U.S or go to graduate school and then work in the U.S. This will ensure that we keep the bright minds here.

I am not saying allow all international students to apply but the ones that clearly are bright, successful in their program or have family members here as well and would like to apply their knowledge and stay in the country and contribute to the society and be with their family.

Also undergraduate who have done well in undergraduate at a U.S school and has gained admission to graduate school in the U.S.
