The internet should remain free and open. Allow users to upload, download, and do the things they do now. "Declaration of Internet Freedom" as some people are calling it. Users should not be limited to what they choose to upload or download as long as it is legal, at the very least, make things need parents or guardian (18+) verification before you do so.
