Allow Islamic mosques to do their call to prayer (Athan)

More than 2.6 millions of Americans are Muslims, and yet they are unable to perform part of their religious commandments. Regardless of the huge Muslim population and the thousands of mosque across every state in America, the government of the United States has never made Athan ( Muslim call to prayer) legal. Why is the Athan illegal, and the churches' bell, which louder than the Athan is not?

"Religious freedom is a fundamental human right that is guaranteed by the First Amendment's Free Exercise and Establishment clauses". It encompasses not only the right to believe (or not to believe), but also the right to express and to manifest religious beliefs.
