Allow issues to be voted on at the federal level via the electoral college alongside the presidential election.

By allowing federal issues to be directly voted on alongside the presidential election with respect to the tenth amendment, the citizens of the United States will be able to bypass Congressional deadlock that has plagued our country for years. Issues would obviously have to meet certain criteria to be nominated to be voted on. The vote would go through the electoral college in an attempt to respect state sovereignty. The issue would still be subject to presidential veto, but will be able to bypass veto authority if able to win two thirds of the electoral college. STOP CONGRESSIONAL DEADLOCK NOW!
