Allow kids of 15 years old take their permit test

I strongly urge the Obama Aministration to allow kids that are 15 years old take there permit test for driving. It can be a huge inconvinence for single parents who have to lug around children while they are working on top of it so why not just let them get there driving permit at an earlier age? Many states have this available but a majority of them the adage is still 16.
