allow Kinder Eggs to be sold in the U.S.!!!!

Created by C.D. on May 29, 2013

Kinder Eggs are banned in the United States because the 1938 Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act bans "the sale of any candy that has imbedded in it a toy or trinket". Kinder Eggs are chocolate eggs that have a little toy inside of it. The egg is big enough for children to avoid choking on the toy. Allow this delicious treat to be sold in the U.S.!!
