If we allow citizens of our great country to own firearms, and be able to partake in activities that would be considered "reckless" by other countries, then why can't we eat chocolate eggs with a prize inside. I understand that it can be a choking hazard, but seriously, if a parent buys one for their kid, they should tell them to make sure to break the egg and obtain the toy, before eating such a delicacy. I understand this might be a minor issue to the government but something like this shouldn't be illegal here.
